Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified, committed, and adaptable Associate who is intelligent, detail-oriented, and resourceful. As an IP Lawyer you will play a key role in providing strategic legal counsel and managing cases across a broad spectrum of IP and TMT matters. Your primary responsibilities will involve advising clients on IP rights, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and licensing issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years post-call experience with relevant expertise in IP
- LLB degree from a recognized university; BL from the Nigerian Law School.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) law will be an added advantage.
